Answer: Usually speaking, we do not set MOQ since we want to do business with any business type, including retailer and wholesaler.

Q: How do you deliver the goods ?

Answer: We send by sea or by air including DHL,FedEx,TNT,UPS etc.

Q: What’s you main payment terms ?

Answer: T/T,Paypal ,western union and trade assurance is welcome to us.

Q:Can you do private label ?

Answer: Yes, of course. OEM is absolutely supported; both on package or devices.

Q:What certifications do you have ?

Answer: All electronic products are with CE & RoHS certificates.

Q:How can I get a sample ? What’s the sample fee? Is it refundable ?

Answer: Please confirm with us the model you’ll purchase, and you prepaid the sample fee , after sample tested and qualified, we will refund this sample fee when you place the bulk order. We can send out the sample within 2 working days after receiving payment.

Q:What’s the lead-time ?

Answer: Normally it takes 3-5 working days after receiving payment.

Q:Do you have in stock ?

Answer: Yes, we usually hold some quantities in stock, such as 100pcs or 200pcs are ready to ship immediately.

Q:What about your after-sales services ?

Answer: We have 100% QC before shipment. If there are some unexpected problems happen, we hope to solve these problems with our customers through friendly ways as below:

1, If it’s quality problem, customers must provide photos or videos and other evidences to us for identify. After confirmation, we’ll send the new products to replace the damages in next order.

2, If it’s man-made damaged, customers should take full responsibility.
